This is deep coaching work, not medical care.
Results vary. I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions, and this work does not replace medical care, therapy, or other professional support.
My coaching explores emotional, cognitive, embodied, identity, and nervous system patterns that may be connected to pain, overwhelm, burnout, and chronic stress.

Questions people often ask
How can talking reduce physical pain?
Many people are surprised by this question, and honestly, that's understandable. Not all physical pain is caused by emotions. Injuries, medical conditions, and structural issues absolutely exist and should always be assessed by the appropriate healthcare professionals. However, chronic stress, unresolved emotional experiences, long-term nervous system activation, and deeply held protective patterns can also contribute to how pain is experienced and maintained. My work helps uncover those hidden patterns through a combination of cognitive coaching, nervous system regulation, and embodied awareness. When the underlying stress response begins to change, many people notice meaningful shifts not only in how they feel emotionally, but sometimes physically as well.
Is this therapy?
No. This is coaching. I do not diagnose, treat, or replace medical or psychological care. My role is to help you explore the emotional, cognitive, identity, and nervous system patterns that may be keeping you stuck, whether that's showing up as chronic stress, burnout, recurring emotional struggles, or persistent pain that hasn't fully responded to other approaches. Many clients choose to work with me alongside their doctors, physiotherapists, psychologists, or other healthcare professionals.
How many sessions does it usually take?
Every person is different. Some people experience a meaningful shift during their very first session. Others need more time to uncover patterns that have been developing for years. The goal isn't to chase quick fixes. It's to create lasting change by understanding what's happening underneath the surface and building a healthier way of thinking, responding, and living. We'll always move at the pace that's right for you.
What if I have already tried everything?
Many of the people I work with tell me exactly that. They've tried treatments, specialists, medications, massage, physiotherapy, coaching, books, podcasts, and everything they could think of. Often, what hasn't been explored yet isn't another technique. It's the deeper emotional, identity, and nervous system patterns that may be influencing their experience. I can't promise a particular outcome. But if you've reached the point where you feel like you've exhausted every option, it may be worth exploring a different perspective.
Can this help if doctors haven’t found anything?
Sometimes. If medical investigations haven't identified a clear cause, it can be valuable to explore whether chronic stress, unresolved emotions, protective nervous system patterns, or long-standing beliefs are playing a role. That doesn't mean the pain is "imagined." It means your experience is real, and there may be additional factors influencing it that traditional medical care isn't designed to address. If we decide to work together, we'll explore those possibilities with curiosity, not assumptions.
What happens during the first session?
Our first conversation isn't about forcing change. It's about understanding your story. Together we'll explore what's happening, identify patterns that may have been overlooked, and begin uncovering what your body, mind, and nervous system might be trying to communicate. Many people leave the first session with greater clarity, a sense of relief, and practical next steps. Some also notice meaningful emotional or physical shifts during the session itself.
